New GCISD Teacher Luncheon Held at
Colleyville Center on Wednesday August 4

The New Teacher Luncheon,
sponsored by the Education Foundation Grapevine-Colleyville,
held its annual event to welcome new teachers Wednesday August
4th. This year's theme was "A Texas Style
Welcome."

New Superintendent Dr. Kay
Waggoner spoke to the group saying that she felt, "very
good about her move to GCISD", and that in her heart she
can tell this is a good place." |

Janice Kane was announced as the new
Executive Director of the Foundation. |

member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation and former
President of the Colleyville Women's Club. |

Mark Howe serves as the President of
the GC Education Foundation. |

many of GCISD's new teachers. |
