La Hacienda back in the
crime report with "Tampering With a Consumer
Product" offense claimed as a guest says he choked on
a foreign object?
3/10/04 Fort Worth resident, Jeffery D. Elizaldo, 38, was the victim of a reported Tampering With a Consumer Product offense while dining at La Hacienda Ranch Restaurant, 5250 Hwy 121 South. Officer John Arenz responded. The complainant advised he had choked on a foreign object in his food. Detective David Martz is investigating the open case.
3/08/04 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Not a Forced Entry at 8132 Precinct Line Road. Unknown suspect(s) rummaged through a vehicle and stole a company-owned Citgo Gas charge card belonging to Bedford Heating and Air. The value was estimated at $10.
3/05/04 Resident of 6603 Armstrong Court told police his son is using his wife's bank check card number to make unauthorized purchases to her checking account. If the address seems familiar, there was an earlier report on 2/17/04 of a front double paned window broken on the house.
3/04/04 Burglary of a Habitation, Forced Entry, at 2016 Cottage Oak Lane. Stolen was a leather purse valued at $100, containing $200 in cash and an MBNA Master Card.
2/25/04 - 3/01/04 Theft at 201 Raintree Court. Ring described as a tension mount, white gold band, Solitaire diamond, was stolen from the kitchen counter of the complainant's home. Several contractors had been in the house, according to the report. The ring was worth $6,000.
