1/27/05 Theft of a chrome hood ornament from a Jaguar automobile parked in the Market Street lot at 5605 Colleyville Blvd. The owner of the vehicle, a female resident of Shadowridge Drive, indicated this has occurred previously, and the replacement cost was $5. Which would be a first for a foreign automobile part.
1/31/05 Theft of a $600 digital camera from the back of a customer's chair, while she dined at the La Hacienda restaurant, 5250 Hwy 121 South. The female complainant, a Colleyville resident, was unaware of who might have stolen the expensive Olympus C7000 camera.
1/31/05 Criminal Mischief or perhaps a new kind of postal rage. Complainant at 6001 Quality Hill observed an unknown suspect kicking over his black mailbox. The suspect fled on foot and Officer Greg Prewitt was unable to locate the offender. Damage was estimated at $65. See the next two reports.
1/29/05 Stolen mail belonging to a resident of 4216 York was found at the intersection of Behrens and Glade Road. It was returned by the Police Department.
1/29/05 Found mail reported; returned by Officer Isaac Soto to the resident at 1624 Dorset Drive.
1/28/05 Theft at the Albertsons Grocery, 4000 Glade Rd. Employee told Officer Tim Osborn a white male was eating and drinking food items while walking around the store, and before making a purchase. Items totaled $6.66.
1/27/05 Burglary of a Habitation, no forced entry, at 4004 Stonehaven Drive. Unknown suspect(s) gained entrance to the detached room of the residence and took a black Gateway Pentium 5 computer hard drive with 17" monitor, along with 40 CDs, black Sony receiver/CD changer, gray Apple Powerbook laptop computer, and Nokia cellphone. Value of the items is approximately $9000.

Charged by School Resource Officer Gary Moore at 1:08 PM on 2/01/05. Bonded, released at 11:36 AM on 2/02/05.
BRIAN ERIC PLANKENHORN, 37, of Hurst. Colleyville PD-Failed To Stop, Over $200 Damage. Also citation issued for No Liability Insurance Proof, at Roberts Rd. and Fox Glen Dr. Charged by Officer Craig Terrell at 8:10 PM on 1/30/05. Bond Posted, released at 12:11 PM on 1/31/05.
CHRISTINA RUBY CALHOUN, Colleyville warrants for No Drivers License, 2 Failure To Appear. Southlake PD warrants for Display of Fictitious License Plate, Expired Motor Vehicle Inspection, No Drivers License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, No Seat Belt-Child. Charged at 2:44 PM on 1/30/05 by Officer John Retzos. Released to Southlake PD at 2:55 PM on 2/01/05.
JOSE BERHAVO ZAVALA, Fort Worth warrants for No Drivers License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Ran Stop Sign. Charged by Officer Jennifer Holderead at 8:00 PM on 1/29/05. Paid Fine, released at 8:30 PM on 1/29/05.
SHAWN MICHAEL BYRNES, 30, of 3009 Broadgate Ln., Southlake. Colleyville PD-Public Intoxication.
Offense address is 7000 Colleyville Blvd. Charged by Officer Raymon Cannon at 3:51 AM on 1/29/05. Time Served and Court Date, released at 4:00 PM on 1/29/05.
TIFFANY ANN BLASSINGAME, 33, of 29 Brenda Ln., Trophy Club. Colleyville PD-Possession of a Controlled Substance, PG1; under 1 Gram, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Offense at 4405 Colleyville Blvd. Charged by Officer Jennifer Holderead at 9:40 PM on 1/28/05. Bonded out at 7:00 PM on 1/29/05.
