Jordan Berlingeri

Jordan Berlingeri was arrested for Public
Intoxication on January 29, 2005, in the 3300 block East Highway 114,
of Southlake. Berlingeri, is 24-years old and has a history of
alias names, arrests and alcohol related violations. The
latest incident occurred when a restaurant manager notified police of
of Berlingeri's eratic and loud behavior in his
establishment. Jordan Berlingeri's
home address is listed in the 7200 block of Tumbleweed Court, Colleyville, Texas.

In checking Texas criminal background,
Berliner was found to have used alias names and various birth dates
including; Jordan Berlyngeny, Jason Berlynery.
Berlingeri was arrested on September 1, 1999 at the age of 19, and pled
guilty to a
Possession of Marijuana charge. The court sentenced him to
deferred adjudication for 13 months and ordered him to pay $351 in fines
and court costs. On February 8, 2002 Berlingeri was arrested on a
Driving While Intoxicated charge and fund guilty on May 2, 2002.
He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $796 in court
costs and fines.
Prior to his sentencing on May 2, 2002, Berlingeri was again arrested
for another DWI and fined another $191, his sentence was served
concurrently with the February 8th conviction. On July 2, 2004,
Berlingeri was arrested on a felony count of a Burglary of a
Building. On October 11, 2004, Berlingeri was sentenced to another
36 months probation. Berlingeri's most recent brush with the law
was his arrest on January 29th.
