Thousands of dollars in jewelry reported stolen from Colleyville Home by Linda Baker

3/24/05 - 4/13/05 Theft of jewelry from a residence at 4100 Windemere Court. The female resident told Officer Isaac Soto that she had noticed two keys missing from a keyring kept in a detached area of the house. She began reviewing her home inventory only to find approximately $20,000 worth of her jewelry stolen. Among the missing items, was a yellow Cocktail ring ($400), ring with a Ruby stone ($1800), diamond engagement ring ($7000), Rolex watch with diamonds ($6500), 2" wide bracelet ($500), and an 18" necklace ($1800). Detective Hillary Wreay is investigating the theft, but during the time frame the jewelry had last been seen, the household has employed day labor, maids, and nanny. 

4/20/05 Criminal Trespass citation issued at 5100 Hwy 121 South at the Healthy Approach store. Officer Kevin Maddux responded at 2:28 PM to a report of a white male shoplifting. The suspect was confronted and did indeed have store items in his pocket. The store employee did not pursue the charges, so the ticket was issued instead.

4/19/05 Sometime between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, an unknown person(s) kicked in the front door of a residence at 3712 Glade Road. The door jamb was splintered, but no items appeared to be stolen from the home at the time of Officer Kevin Maddux' report.

4/18/05 Identity Theft discovered by a female victim, from 507 Mustang Court, when she applied for a home equity loan. Additional persons had been listed on her credit records, who had been using her Social Security number. Detective Kevin Walling is investigating.

4/17/05 Criminal Mischief at 5201 Roberts Road reported at 6:15 PM, to the rear window of a Chevrolet Tahoe. Unknown suspect(s) had broken out the window and damaged the sheet metal of the SUV with two 2 rocks (5" in diameter) found on the ground next to the vehicle.

4/17/05 Officer Gwen Parker responded to a report at 4:00 AM about a vehicle partially submerged in a pond at 6800 Whittier Lane. Detective Kevin Walling is following up.

4/16/05 Citation issued to Brittany Peterson, 18, at 7100 Monticello Parkway for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. Ticket was issued to the North Richland Hills woman at 4:49 AM by Officer Gwen Parker. Alison Tabone, 17 of North Richland Hills was also ticketed as well.

4/15/05 - 4/18/05 Criminal Mischief, at a construction site at 3904 Glade Road. Complainant, a Fort Worth man, told Officer Kevin Maddux that an unknown suspect(s) damaged the plate glass on a rear window of the building. Small pieces of red brick were found imbedded in the window; damages were $500.

4/15/05 Two separate reports of Theft By Check, were given to Officer Ron McFadden by Market Street, 5605 Colleyville Blvd. In both cases, the suspects purchased items from the grocery store with a check on a closed account. Detective Hillary Wreay is investigating.

4/12/05 - 4/13/05 Female complainant from Arlington reported to School Resource Officer Jeff Wheeler that sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday, an unknown person(s) put deep scratch marks down the passenger side of her vehicle while it was parked at Heritage Middle School, 5300 Heritage Ave. The cost to repair the damage will be $2007.37.

4/09/05 Sometime between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM, two 3' flower pots were stolen from the front porch of a home at 200 Raintree CT. Officer Malinda Spence took the Theft report from the female resident, who said the pots were worth $75 each.

4/08/05 Theft of a motorcycle and utility trailer from an enclosed, fenced area, locked with a chain and padlock, at 1809 John McCain. Keller man reported to Officer Tim Osborn that his red Honda CR125 dirt bike, which has a # 3 placard on the handlebars ($2000), and the trailer, which had no license plate affixed ($800), were stolen by unknown person(s).

4/07/05 Theft of two rust colored concrete planters, including geraniums, at 5912 Chestnut Bend. Complainant told Officer Tim Osborn the planters, valued at $250 each, were taken from the front entry of the house, right by the front door.

DELISA MONETTE HARRIS, Colleyville PD warrants for Expired License Plate, 3 warrants for Failure To Appear. Grand Prairie warrants for Displayed Expired License Plate, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility. Charged at 10:48 PM on 4/17/05 by Officer Gregory Prewitt. Bond; released at 10:05 AM on 4/18/05.

TIMOTHY SAM BARGSLEY, Colleyville PD warrant for No Operator License, Capias Bond. Charged at 11:00 PM on 4/16/05 by Officer Gwen Parker. Time Served; released on 4/17/05.

EDWARD LAFAYETE BROWN, Colleyville warrants for Criminal Mischief, Failure To Appear. Charged at 10:28 AM on 4/16/05; Time Served; released on Municipal Arrangement at 5:55 AM on 4/18/05.

JASON EDWARD PULLEN, Colleyville PD - Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. Charged at 5:07 AM on 4/16/05 by Officer Tim Osborn. Bonded out; released at 1:15 PM on 4/16/05.

BRAULIO RAMIREZ MORALES, 39, of 1405 Glade Rd. Colleyville PD - Citation for Public Intoxication, Indecent Exposure. Charged at 11:04 PM on 4/15/05 by Officer Brian Thorne at offense address of 1405 Glade Road. Credit/Court Date for Balance of Fine ($304); released at 1:40 PM on 4/16/05. Court date 5/05/05.

ALFONSINA DEGREGOIS, Colleyville PD - Forgery of a Financial Instrument. Charged at 7:37 PM on 4/15/05 by Officer Ronald McFadden. Bonded out; released at 4:45 PM on 4/16/05.

SAMMY JO HERRERA, Colleyville PD - Forgery of a Financial Instrument. Charged at 7:22 PM on 4/15/05 by Officer Ronald McFadden. Bonded out; released at 5:05 PM on 4/16/05.

LARRY BROWN, 35, of 603 Sycamore Dr. Colleyville PD - Driving While License Suspended. Citation for no Liability Insurance Proof. Grapevine PD warrants for Expired License Plate, Expired Motor Vehicle Inspection. Charged at 12:33 PM on 4/15/05 by Officer Brian Thorne at offense address of 5200 Pool Rd. Bonded out, paid fines; released at 5:00 PM on 4/15/05.
As reported on LNO,  10/28/02 Colleyville resident Larry Brown, 33, former Dallas Cowboys XXX Superbowl MVP was arrested on October 23, 2002 during a routine traffic stop. Brown was arraigned on 18 counts of non-sufficient checks in Nevada.

RODOLFO CELESTINO, Colleyville warrants for Speeding, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, 2 Failure To Appear. Charged at 9:40 PM on 4/13/05 by Officer Gwen Parker. Released with Court Date at 1:00 AM on 4/15/05.
