Hwy 26 Accident in Colleyville Ties Up Morning Traffic

A head on collision between a Lay's delivery van and a pickup truck tied up morning traffic in Colleyville.  The accident happened around 9:30 am near the intersection of Brown and Hwy 26.  The pickup truck appeared to have veered into the north bound oncoming traffic and struck the van head on. The driver of the pickup appeared badly shaken but no other injuries.  The driver of the van had head lacerations and potential neck injuries.  The van driver was transported to a local hospital by the Colleyville Fire Department.  No other information was available at the time of posting.
