Christmas in
Texas with the Grapevine Opry at the Palace Theater
Sing before your supper this Friday evening, December 2, at the Palace Theatre, 300 S. Main
Street, in Grapevine. The Palace Arts Center Committee, in conjunction with the Grapevine Heritage Foundation, presents
"Christmas in Texas" which includes a concert followed by dinner.
"The Grapevine Opry starts the evening at 6:00 PM with the first
holiday concert of the season. Country classics will be paired with
Christmas favorites, but with that special Grapevine Opry twist,"
says LuAnn Chapman Gatts, Chair of the Palace Theatre Committee.
"Following the concert dinner will be served in the Lancaster Theatre
at 7:30 PM. Willhoite's will serve a Texas style barbeque dinner
featuring smoked chicken, barbeque beef, veggies, creamed potatoes,
dinner rolls and cherry cobbler for dessert. It will be the perfect
pairing to start a Texas holiday season," Gatts says.
Tickets are $25 per person and are available by calling the Palace
Arts Center box office at 817-410-3100.
