Even after a terrible round, please do not leave your golf stuff in the middle of a street median!
2200 block East Highway 114 Officers responding to a report of a suspicious package in the median found it to contain golf accessories and no indication of ownership. It was placed into property at 7:40 PM on April 4, 2005. 
District 1 


1300 block North White Chapel A 17-year old male was cited for being a Minor in Possession of Alcohol on April 3, 2005. 

2600 block Creekside Drive A 73-year old male was reported as a missing person at 3:30 PM on April 6, 2005. The individual was later located in west Texas and returned home. 

District 2 

100 block West Highway 1709 A theft of gasoline was reported at 5:00 PM on April 2, 2005. A description of the suspect and their vehicle was provided to officers. 

1400 block Pecos Drive A theft of car seats from the garage of an unoccupied residence undergoing repairs was reported to have occurred sometime between late September and late November of 2004. 

1200 block Post Oak Trail A resident reported the theft of US mail on April 5, 2005. 

1700 block West Highway 1709 A vehicle parked at Walgreen’s between 6:30 PM and 6:55 PM was burglarized by breaking a window. A purse was stolen.

800 block North White Chapel After being alerted by citizens (students), an officer found a syringe on the running track and placed it into property at 9:00 AM. 

District 3 

1100 block Highland Oaks Drive At 12:01 AM on April 2, 2005, a residence was entered by breaking down a back door, and a large amount of money was stolen 

100 block South Village Center Telephone Harassment was reported at 2:00 PM on April 2, 2005 by a resident who had advertised an item for sale. 

500 block Timber Lake Drive Criminal Mischief was reported by a resident, who advised that someone removed a screen from a back window of the residence, after entering the area via a pool gate during the night of April 3, 2005. 

200 block Davis Blvd. A traffic stop at 7:44 AM on April 6, 2005 resulted in a 17-year old male passenger being cited for Failure to Provide Identification, Littering and Possession of Tobacco by a Minor. The 17-year old male driver was cited for Failure to Display a Drivers License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility (insurance) and Passing on the Right. 

900 block Hillcrest Trail A resident reported an identity theft, wherein someone used their personal information to take out a mortgage and to establish a revolving credit account.


District 4

500 block South Kimball A parent reported that in mid-March their child’s cell phone was lost at the school office, after it was confiscated for ringing during class. It was being reported at this time because someone has now begun trying to change service on the phone. 

2400 block East F.M. 1709 On April 7, 2005 at noon, a male suspect unsuccessfully attempted to cash a forged check at Bank of the West. 

2600 block East F.M. 1709 Two males, acting in tandem, shoplifted items from The Vitamin Shoppe at noon on April 7, 2005. 

500 block Commerce Street A vehicle was burglarized during the afternoon of April 7, 2005. The door lock was damaged and a radio/CD player was stolen.

600 block North Carroll A bible was found abandoned in a police holding cell on April 8, 2005. It was placed into property while the owner was being contacted.



ARRESTS

1800 block Davis Blvd. An 18-year old female was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:15 PM on April 2, 2005. 

500 block Commerce Street A 24-year old male was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (under 2 oz.) at 9:30 PM on April 3, 2005. 

1500 block West F.M. 1709 A juvenile was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (cocaine) on school property at noon on April 4, 2005. 

100 block State Street A 46-year old female was arrested for theft (shoplifting) at 5:00 PM on April 6, 2005. 

1100 block South Kimball Avenue Alerted by the public of a reckless driver. Officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested the 26-year old male driver for driving without a license and no insurance.
