Chapel Hill Office Park offers Executive Suites
Realty Capital Corporation announces the opening of sixteen Executive Office Suites at its highly sought after Chapel Hill Office Park in Southlake, Texas. Located at 211 E. Southlake Blvd., which is just east of White’s Chapel Blvd., the suites range in size from 165 square feet up to 250 square feet and are available for lease on a 12-month term for between $650 and $950 per month. The Executive Suites offer an upscale finishout with a common area work room, kitchen and break room, restrooms and a conference room equipped with a flat-screen monitor for presentations. Each office is equipped with a private storage area.
According to Jimmy Archie, Executive Vice President of Realty Capital, Chapel Hill Office Park is one of Realty Capital’s most successful developments due to its excellent location and classic architectural style. In total, the development will consist of seven buildings ranging in size from 4,000 square feet to 16,800 square feet. Four buildings are complete and an additional building is planned for completion in 2006. Two of the existing buildings have been sold, one to Jack Edson Realtors and the other to a partnership formed by Dr. Sean Cerone and Dr. Michael Mabry. Other tenants in the one-year old project include Sovereign Bank and Sierra Title of North Texas. Four of the Executive Suites have been leased since opening November 1st and interest is extremely high for the remaining spaces. “Chapel Hill Office Park is an exciting development.
