Covenant Christian Academy Wins District Art Competition
Covenant Christian Academy won the TAPPS District Art Competition on Saturday February 11th. The event was held at Shady Grove Christian Academy in Grand Prairie. Covenant Students won the competition of nine teams by scoring 232 points with the second place competitor scoring 43. Covenant Christian Academy won ten first places in the 21event competition.
Covenant Christian students will have 33 pieces going to Austin for the TAPPS state art Competition on March 31st.
Lily Stapp, Laura Rusnok, and Lauren Nanson won 1st place, 3rd place, and 4th place respectively in the senior portfolio competition.
