Colleyville Police
Capture Two Suspects
Committing Burglary In
Progress...
Two suspects attempting to
burglarized the
coin-operated soda machines
at Bob Moore's Sports Center
were caught redhanded by
Colleyville Police in the
early morning hours last
week. The unsuccessful duo
didn't turn out to be kids
looking for quarters-Fred
Richard Wolfgramm, 31, and
Niki Faye Eichman, 36, were
arrested after a
brief bid to elude capture.
Eichman is also a registered
sex offender of a child.

On Friday, March 21, the
alarm went off around 4:30
AM at the popular golf
driving range at 6113
Colleyville
Boulevard. Officers spotted
the suspects still
in progress of breaking into
the soda machines at the
front of a building at the
business, and were able to
quickly apprehend them.
Early reports indicate the
soda machines defeated
the hapless burglars and no
cash or coins were pried
from their sturdy innards.
Both suspects were charged
with Burglary of a Coin
Operated Collection Machine
and Evading Arrest or
Detention. Fred Wolfgramm
also had an outstanding
warrant for No Drivers
License-Expired.
Niki Faye Eichman is
a registered Texas Child Sex
Offender;
originally convicted in 1993
of the Sexual Assault of a
14 year-old female. The
Texas database, which was
updated and verified with
the Irving Police Department
on March 28, depicts her as
a Moderate Risk, but without
a registered address. Eichman
was transported on Thursday,
March 27, to the Tarrant
County Correction Center by
the County Sheriff, and is
being held on the current
charges on $4,500 Bond, but
would also have to face
resolution of the Sex
Offender status before
she could be released on
those bonds.
Wolfgramm was taken from the
Colleyville Justice Center
by the Tarrant County
Sheriffs Office at the same
time and is currently
incarcerated at the Greenbay
Unit. His bonds total
$7,877.
3/25/08 - 3/26/08 Burglary
of a Building at 3811
Colleyville Boulevard, at
the Comet One Hour
Cleaners. David Tea Youn
Shin, 43, advised Officer
John Fossett that suspect(s)
broke into the business
sometime between 7:05 PM and
7:00 AM. The
burglars shattered the glass
on a sliding door to gain
entry ($350), but nothing
had appeared to be missing.
3/19/08 - 3/25/08 Criminal
Mischief at 5804 Meadowhill
Drive in Highland
Meadows. Homeowner Robert
Heineman advised Officer
Scotty Graves that unknown
person had damaged the large
front bedroom window ($150)
of the residence.
3/25/08 Criminal Mischief
at 816 LD Lockett Road.
Euless victim, Alexandra
Balint, 22, told Officer
John Arenz that sometime
between 12:00 Noon and 7:18
PM, a rock had been thrown
through the rear window of
her 2005 Toyota Corolla.
Damage to the window was
estimated at $300.
Detective Bob Etheridge is
following up the incident.
3/26/08 Theft at 8090
Precinct Line Road. Officer
Sharon Coleman was advised
by the complainant, James
Hilton, that a Toshiba
laptop ($900) had been
stolen. Detective David
Martz is investigating the
Theft.
3/23/08 - 3/25/08 Theft at
4200 Colleyville
Boulevard. Kevin Dawson,
representing Cyber Asset
Recovery LLC of Perrysburg
Ohio, told Officer Todd
Hildebrandt that a burgandy
Mazda Tribune ($8,546.56)
had been stolen sometime
between 10:00 AM on
Sunday 8:46 AM on Tuesday.
Detective David Martz is
following up the
investigation.
3/21/08 - 3/22/08 Forgery
of a Government Instrument
at 5605 Colleyville
Boulevard from Market
Street. The grocery
discovered a counterfeit
$100 bill and turned it over
to Officer Gwen Parker.
Detective David Martz is
pursuing the investigation.
3/20/08 Reckless Damage at
6600 Carriage Drive in Ross
Downs Estates. Homeowner
Linda Lou Garrett told
Officer Scotty Graves she
noticed tire marks running
across the front and side
lawn on her property. The
damage was estimated at
$500.
3/15/08 Unauthorized Use of
a Motor Vehicle report from
2000 Woodstock Drive in the
Windview subdivision.
Grapevine resident Donald R.
Buescher III advised Officer
Scotty Graves that his light
blue Kawasaki 600 cc
motorcycle was missing.
Detective Kevin Walling is
investigating.
3/10/08 - 3/11/08 Theft at
5655 Colleyville Boulevard.
Complainant Austin
Loren phoned a report into
Officer Scotty Graves that
$100 turned up missing from
a cash register sometime
between 10:00 AM that Monday
and 10:01 AM Tuesday
morning. Detective Bob
Etheridge is following up
the investigation.
