Colleyville Police Capture Two Suspects Committing Burglary In Progress...

Two suspects attempting to burglarized the coin-operated soda machines at Bob Moore's Sports Center were caught redhanded by Colleyville Police in the early morning hours last week.  The unsuccessful duo didn't turn out to be kids looking for quarters-Fred Richard Wolfgramm, 31, and Niki Faye Eichman, 36, were arrested after a brief bid to elude capture.  Eichman is also a registered sex offender of a child.

On Friday, March 21, the alarm went off around 4:30 AM at the popular golf driving range at 6113 Colleyville Boulevard.  Officers spotted the suspects still in progress of breaking into the soda machines at the front of a building at the business, and were able to quickly apprehend them.  Early reports indicate the soda machines defeated the hapless burglars and no cash or coins were pried from their sturdy innards.

Both suspects were charged with Burglary of a Coin Operated Collection Machine and Evading Arrest or Detention.  Fred Wolfgramm also had an outstanding warrant for No Drivers License-Expired.

Niki Faye Eichman is a registered Texas Child Sex Offender; originally convicted in 1993 of the Sexual Assault of a 14 year-old female.  The Texas database, which was updated and verified with the Irving Police Department on March 28, depicts her as a Moderate Risk, but without a registered address.  Eichman was transported on Thursday, March 27, to the Tarrant County Correction Center by the County Sheriff, and is being held on the current charges on $4,500 Bond, but would also have to face resolution of the Sex Offender status before she could be released on those bonds.
