THE CRUD CRUISER RETURNS!
The Crud Cruiser will be back on
April 5th, 2008 at Bicentennial Park (450 West
Southlake Boulevard). This household waste
management event will take place from 9:00 a.m.
until 11:00 a.m. (or until the truck is at
capacity). To participate, please bring
a current water bill or driver’s
license showing that you are a Southlake resident.
Where?
Bicentennial Park (450 West Southlake
Boulevard) – enter on the Southlake
Boulevard side of the park.
What’s accepted?

acids, aerosol cans, all batteries,
antifreeze
·
brake fluid, craft chemicals, hobby
chemicals, degreasers
·
drain cleaners, fertilizer,
fluorescent lights, herbicides
·
household chemicals, motor oil / oil
filters, paints, stains, paint thinners
·
pest strips, pesticides,
pharmaceuticals, photo chemicals
·
pool chemicals, solvents,
transmission fluid, varnishes
·
old gas, pool chemicals
What’s NOT accepted?
·
ammunition, asbestos, building
materials, butane cylinders explosives, medical
waste, PCBs, propane cylinders,
radioactive material, smoke detectors, tires.

DOCUMENT SHREDDER EVENT
Document Shredder event on April 5th,
2008 at Bicentennial Park (450 West South-lake
Boulevard). This Identity Theft Prevention
initiative will be from 9:00 a.m. until
11:00 a.m. (or until the truck is at
capacity). This is a service free to Southlake residents
(no businesses, please). Items should be brought in
boxes, not loose. Those
wishing to participate should bring a
current water bill or driver’s license showing they
are a Southlake resident.

What should I shred?

Medical Billing
·
Bank Records
·
Papers, CD’s, and DVD’s containing
identifying information

information.
What’s NOT accepted?
Loose papers (must be in boxes)
Binders or notebooks
Commercial or businesses – please,
this is for consumer use only.
