Crime Summary from Roanoke Police
April 07, 2008 to April 13, 2008
OFFENSES
DISTRICT A - South of Byron Nelson Blvd.
4/07/08 - 200 block of Houston Street - Officers
were dispatched to location to meet with a
complainant. During the investigation one juvenile
became agitated and was detained at 0117 hours for
interfering with public duty.
4/08/08 - 600 block of Dallas Drive - Officers spoke
with a complainant and took a report of fraud.
Complainant advised on 02/23/08 at approximately
2219 hours, some unknown person used her Texas
drivers license number to cash a fraudulent check at
a local business.
DISTRICT B - North of Byron Nelson Blvd.
4/11/08 - 1200 block of North Hwy 377 ? Officers met
with a complainant who advised that between the
hours of 0950 and 1715 his vehicle was struck in the
parking lot by another vehicle. That vehicle then
left the scene without leaving the required
information.
4/12/08 - 100 block of Hwy 114 - At 1503 hours,
Officers were dispatched to location in reference to
credit card abuse. Complainant advised an unknown
male subject had attempted to use an invalid credit
card to obtain a cash advance.
4/13/08 - 1300 block of River Ridge Road - Officers
were dispatched to location at 1928 hours in
reference to a theft report. Complainant advised his
trailers' license plate was missing and that he had
parked the trailer on the street the previous night.
