3/27/08 Citations for
Dog At Large (CO42) written
at 2221 Oak Knoll Drive.
Two tickets regarding
two large Boxers getting out
of their yard were issued at
1:07 PM by Officer Chuck
Tinsman to Barbara D.
Andrews of the same
address. Colleyville Animal
Control had previously
issued at least one citation
last month to the owners of
the canines. The dogs have
been evidently been scaring
the starch out of
pedestrians near the
area and the neighbors
across the road while trying
to retrieve mail from their
mailboxes.

Burglary of a Motor
Vehicle, not by forced
entry at 6604 Meade
Drive in Ross Downs
Estates. The victim,
Neil Patrick Fett, 28,
of Grapevine, told
Officer John Arenz that
sometime between 11:00
PM Monday night and 1:40
PM Tuesday afternoon,
unknown suspect(s)
entered his vehicle and
took his Boston 10"
subwoofer ($300), an
unopened carton of
Marlboro Lights
cigarettes ($40), and
two checks from his own
bank account he had
already written out for
payment. Detective
Kevin Walling is
investigating.

Mischief at 517 Hillside
Road in Colleyville
Estates. Homeowner
Roberta Green, 72,
advised Sgt. Doug
Huseman that an unknown
person knocked out the
glass on her yard light
($25).
4/24/08 Found Property
at 6600 Pleasant Run
Road. Resident found a
pair of red Corona
extendable pruning
shears. Detective David
Martz is following up.

Burglary of a Building
by forced entry at 6125
Rock Dove Circle in The
Villas At Oak Pointe.
Officer Craig Terrell
took the phone report
from a representative of
VH Properties (90 Casa
Lane in Colleyville),
who reported suspect(s)
broke into a new house
under construction. The
window, a 28" x 28"
LOW-E glass was damaged
($150), and a stainless
steel Thermador
microwave ($513),
stainless steel
Thermador Trim Kit
($259), and a Zephyr
Vent-A-Hood ($592) was
stolen.
4/18/08 Criminal
Mischief at 5605
Colleyville Boulevard in
the Market Street
parking lot. Victim,
Rustin Behl Jr., 21, of
Colleyville, told
Officer Jennifer Chavez
that his bronze colored
2007 Chevrolet was
"keyed" sometime between
3:00 PM and 4:45 PM.
The extent of
the drivers side of the
vehicle, from the front
fender to the rear door
had been keyed into the
paint, causing an
estimated $2,000
damage.
