Charged at his Kingswood Estates home, 1509 Royal Lane at 9:23 PM on 8/12/08 by Officer Charles Wallace. Fleming listed his occupation as Student. Bond; released at 11:12 PM on 8/12/08
NICOLAS RUGGIERO LACERENZA, 17, of 603 Field Street. Colleyville PD - Theft Under $50 at 5605 Colleyville Boulevard, at the Market Street Grocery. Charged at 1509 Royal Street at 9:23 PM on 8/12/08 by Officer Charles Wallace. Bond; released at 11:36 PM on 8/12/08.
THOMAS EDWARD DELEO, 17, of 301 Brazil Drive in Hurst. Colleyville PD - Theft Under $50 at 5605 Colleyvlle Boulevard, at the Market Street Grocery. Charged at 1509 Royal Lane at 9:32 PM on 8/12/08 by Officer Charles Wallace. Bond; released at 1:00 AM on 8/13/08.

Colleyville PD - Citations for Speeding and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at offense address of 2200 Cheek Sparger Road; 2 Outstanding Warrants. Euless PD Warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Charged at 12:57 AM on 8/21/08 by Officer Charles Wallace. Not Guilty Appearance Bond; she was released at 12:13 PM on 8/21/08.

MORGAN SHEA O'GUINN - Colleyville PD - Capias Warrant for Speeding. Euless PD Warrants for Expired Registration, Failure To Appear. Bedford PD - Capias Warrant for Ran Stop Sign. Charged at 12:4- AM on 8/21/08 by Officer Charles Wallace. No released at press time.

ULALIA MARIE GUTIERREZ, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (3). Charged at 10:13 PM on 8/18/08 by Officer Charles Wallace. Time Served; released at 11:34 AM on 8/20/08.

YANCY JAYME, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (2). Charged at 2:36 AM on 8/17/08. Paid Fine; released at 4:00 AM on 8/17/08.

DANIELLE LEEANN SMITH, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (2). Charged at 3:25 PM on 8/15/08 by Officer Raymon Cannon. Judge released at 12:15 AM on 8/17/08, with owed balance of $201 to be paid within set time.
