The following is the Booking Report for arrestees checked in through the Colleyville Justice Center jail facility for the period between June 12, 2009 and June 15, 2009.
*Note: All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

SHAWN EUGENE WASH, 41, of 381 E. Los Colinas Boulevard, Apt.# 2012 in Irving.  Colleyville PD - DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.  Arrested at 4900 Jackson Road at 5:40 AM on 6/19/09 by Officer Brian Thorne.  Wash listed his occupation as a Senior Corporal Police Officer for the Dallas PD and is a 17year veteran Officer.   His Mercedes Benz Merz was towed.  At 1:04 PM, Dallas Sergeant retrieved Officer Wash's Dallas Department ID, Badge, and Warrant of Appointment from Wash's property in the Colleyville Jail facility.  Pretrial Release Bond; released at 4:58 PM on 6/19/09.
CATHERINE MARI FOX-SIMPSON, 34, of 1728 Forest Glen Drive in Flower Mound.  Colleyville PD - Public Intoxication.  Arrested at 5120 State Highway 121 South at 11:28 PM on 6/17/09 by Officer Patrick Starrett.  Fox-Simpson listed her occupation as CPA for Bedo Seidman.  Posted Bond; released at 1:48 PM on 6/17/09.
RAMESH BHATIA, 65, of 301 Chapelwood Drive in Colleyville.  Colleyville PD - DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, Criminal Mischief Between $500 to $1,500.  Arrested at 5120 State Highway 121 South at 11:18 PM on 6/17/09 by Officer Patrick Starrett.  Bhatia listed his occupation as Manager for Atco Rubber Products.  Bonded out at 10:00 AM on 6/17/09.
 
 
MARK G. MILLER, 59, of 1319 Ross Drive in Irving.  Colleyville PD - DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.  Arrested at 2300 Cheek Sparger Road at 2:31 AM on 6/14/09 by Officer Tanner Mahan.  Miller did not list an occupation.  His Ford F150 was towed.  Transported by Ambulance to hospital due to injuries from accident at offense location; officially charged at 3:19 AM and transported from custody at 3:40 AM.  Mugshot not available at press time. 
 
CORAY WAYNE DUNCAN, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (2).  Charged at 7:31 PM on 6/23/09 by Officer Patrick Starrett.  Municipal Arraignment; released at 6:30 AM on 6/26/09.
 
SHANE AARON BARNETT, Colleyville PD Warrant for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.  Charged at 1:03 PM on 6/23/09 by Officer John Fossett.  Cash Escrow Deposit/Not Guilty Appearance Bond; released at 10:48 AM on 6/24/09.
 
COLBEY ALEXANDER RUSSELL, Colleyville PD Capias Warrant for Minor in Possession of Tobacco.  Charged at 1:35 PM on 6/22/09 by Officer John Fossett.  Posted Bond; released at 5:35 AM on 6/24/09.
 
JULIO CESAR QUEZADA, Colleyville PD Warrant for Liability Insurance Proof, Failure To Appear.  Carrollton PD Warrants for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, No Drivers License.  Charged at 12:08 PM on 6/22/09 by Officer John Fossett.  Transferred to Carrollton PD at 2:05 PM on 6/24/09.
 
ANTHONY MICHAEL FERRARI, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants.  Charged at 1:36 AM on 6/22/09 by Officer Charles Wallace.  Bond posted at Hurst PD; released at 12:00 PM on 6/22/09.
 
HUNTER CALLIHAN VANCE, 21, of 713 Central in Colleyville. Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (6), Citations at 4200 Colleyville Boulevard issued for Speeding, No Drivers License-alr, No Motorcycle Endorsement, Inspection Sticker, Liability Insurance Proof.  Charged at 11:37 PM on 6/20/09 by Officer Brian Thorne.  Cash Escrow Deposit; released at 2:27 PM on 6/22/09.
 
KYLE MATTHEW JENNINGS, 20, of 3201 Birch in Grapevine.  Colleyville PD Citations at 3700 Glade Road at Roberts Road issued for Inspection Sticker, Liability Insurance Proof.  Johnson County Sheriffs Office Outstanding Warrants (2).  Charged at 12:06 PM on 6/18/09 by Officer Scotty Graves.  Bonded out at 12:45 PM on 6/18/09.
