The Grapevine Police Department is seeking the identity of a suspect who has been making physical contact with young patrons of the Tinseltown Theater in Grapevine. Police believe he is a suspect in at least 4 different incidents (possibly 6), dating back to December of 2008.

The last incident was on June 27th, the suspect has escalated his contact from brushing up to the victims and other minor offensive contacts (touching the arms, legs), to making contact with the victims breast and buttocks.

The quality of the video is poor and these are the best shots of him from the video.

Victims - all female, 18, 8, 10, and 14 years of age (in order by incident date) All victims had parents with them 1st 3 victims - suspect just touched foot/leg areas 4th victim - touched breast and buttocks area

In a couple of the reports, when the suspect thought he was going to be "caught", he "took a phone call" and left the theater.

Suspect described as:

White Male 40 to 50 years of age about 5'9" thin build - 155 to 170 lbs,  clean shaven in 3 reports, scruffy beard in 1 receding hair line "hooked" nose brown graying hair

Saturday, 6/27/09 at about 6:30pm

lSunday, 4/19/09 at about 7:15pm

Saturday, 1/24/09 at about 9:00pm

Thursday, 12/29/08 at about midnight.
