The following is the Booking Report for arrestees checked in through the Colleyville Justice Center jail facility for the period between January 29, 2010 and February 02, 2010.  *Note: All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Names in Bold Type were arrested on new drug or alcohol related charges.

	LARRY DAVID SKAINS, 45, of 1717 E. Beltline Road in Coppell.  Colleyville PD - Public Intoxication.  Arrested at 5700 Montclair Drive at 4:00 AM on 2/01/10 by Officer Charles Wallace.  Skains listed his occupation as Self Employed Engineer.  His Cadillac STS was not towed.  Paid Bond; released at 5:22 PM on 2/01/10.
	NANETTE ELAINE FARR, 55, of 1910 Haymarket Road in Dallas.  Colleyville PD - DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, Unlawful Carry of Handgun by License Holder.  Arrested at 2200 Cheek Sparger Road at 3:15 AM on 1/31/10 by Officer Tanner Mahan.  Farr listed her occupation as Accountant for Vaughn Petrol.  Her Saturn Outlook was towed.  Posted Bond; released at 10:50 PM on 1/31/10.
	JORDAN WAYNE CLARK, 24, of 325 Private Road 1382 in Alvord.  Colleyville PD - Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct.  Arrested at 77 Village Lane in The Villages of Colleyville at 12:30 AM on 1/31/10 by Officer John Retzos.  Clark did not list an occupation.  Released on 1/31/10.
	BRANDON KEITH MORROW, 33, of 2670 Marilee Lane in Houston.  Colleyville PD - Public Intoxication, Assault Causes Bodily Injury.  Arrested at 77 Piazza Lane in The Villages of Colleyville at 11:10 PM on 1/30/10 by Officer John Retzos.  Morrow did not list an occupation.  Tarrant County Sheriffs Office Bond Desk; released at 1:56 PM on 1/31/10.
	JONATHAN BRADFORD GERNER, 21, of 1109 Michael Sean Drive in Bedford.  Colleyville PD - DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED.  Arrested at 5600 Colleyville Boulevard at 2:36 AM on 1/30/10 by Officer Derrick Castleberry.  Gerner did not list an occupation.  His Toyota LL was towed.  Appearance Bond; released at 1:21 PM on 1/30/10.
	BRENT S. DEBNAM, 18, of 605 Colts Neck Court in Colleyville.  Colleyville PD - Driving Under the Influence- Minor, Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 Under 1 Gram.  Arrested at 6300 Kingston Drive at 12:56 AM on 1/30/10 by Officer Tanner Mahan.  Debnam listed his occupation as Aide at O.C. Taylor Elementary School.  His Honda Accord was towed. Appearance Bond; released at 1:59 PM on 1/30/10.

 (Not arrested, but issued a citation for Consumption of Alcohol-Minor by Officer Mahan at 6300 Kingston Drive at 1:02 AM on 1/30/2010 was Joshua Ryon Allen, 17, of 1409 Parkplace Boulevard in Bedford.  The fine is $373 for the MIC offense.) 

RUSS ALAN DICAPO, 31, of 6837 Greenleaf Drive in North Richland Hills.  Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (6), citations issued for No Drivers License/ALR, and Liability Insurance Proof.  Arrested at 5400 Colleyville Boulevard at 10:04 PM on 2/02/10 by Officer Scotty Graves.  Cash Escrow Deposit; released at 11:15 PM on 2/02/10. 

MARK ANTHONY GOODWIN, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (2).  Charged at 1:32 AM on 2/01/10 by Officer Patrick Starrett.  Paid Fine; released at 10:59 AM on 2/01/10. 

CYNTHIA ANNETTE FERGUSON, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (4).  Charged at 9:56 AM on 1/31/10 by Officer Tanner Mahan.  Cash Bond; released at 12:25 PM on 1/31/10. 

WILLIAM OSBORNE VINCENT, Colleyville PD - Driving While License Invalid With Previous Conviction/Suspension W/O Fin.Res.  Charged at 9:24 AM on 1/31/10 by Officer Tanner Mahan.  Paid Fine; released at 10:59 AM on 2/01/10. 

JULIE ANN REAY, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (2).  Charged at 1:24 AM on 1/31/10 by Officer Toby Sims.  Time Served; released at 7:45 AM on 2/01/10. 

DAVID GERARDO REYES, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (2).  Charged at 9:58 PM on 1/30/10 by Officer Tanner Mahan.  Time Served; released at 12:00 PM on 2/01/10. 

KAYLEIGH RACHELLE BROWN, Colleyville PD - Outstanding Warrants (2).  Charged at 8:11 PM on 1/29/10 by Officer Derrick Castleberry.  Released per Judge Ames at 8:25 AM on 1/31/10. 

DARREN DEWAYNE MINOR, Colleyville PD Warrants for Theft of Property Between $50<$500 (3), Failure To Attend School, Failure To Appear.  Euless PD Warrants for Alcohol Consumption, Failure To Appear.  Charged at 5:32 PM on 1/29/10 by Officer John Fossett.  Holds Released at 9:00 AM on 2/03/10.
