Crime Reported in Colleyville
4/24/12 - 4/25/12 Burglary of a Building by
forced entry at 8190 Precinct Line Road.
Officer John Retzos was advised by Linda
Ferguson, 63, of Grand Prairie that sometime
between 7:00 PM and 6:36 AM, unknown
suspect(s) damaged the metal door on the
commercial building ($500) to gain entry.
Once inside, the burglars stole a computer
power supply unit ($600). Detective Kevin
Walling is following up the burglary.
4/20/12 Burglary of a Building also at 8190
Precinct Line Road. Officer Derrick
Castleberry was advised at 10:07 AM by a
representative of Automotive Service
Associates that a black Dell Latitude laptop
($900) had been stolen from the business.
Detective Kevin Walling is investigating the
case.
4/25/12 - 4/26/12 Burglary of a Building,
not by forced entry at 3300 Bowden Hill Lane
in Woodland Hills. Officer John Arenz's
report stated a black computer briefcase
($25) had been taken from an unlocked 1994
black BMW parked at the address. The
briefcase was recovered.
4/19/12 - 4/20/12 Burglary of a Motor
Vehicle at 1313 Plantation Drive North in
the Tara Plantation. Officer Jerrod Shirley
was advised by Jamie Michelle Lambrecht, 41,
that sometime between 6:45 PM and 7:50 AM,
two unlocked vehicles, one a silver 1999
Chevrolet Suburban and the other a black
1993 black Lexus LS4 had been entered by
unknown burglar(s). Stolen from the vehicles
was a Garmin Nuvi GPS device ($200) and pink
Valentino sunglasses ($200). Detective Kevin
Walling is following up on this BMV.
4/19/12 - 4/20/12 Burglary of a Motor
Vehicle not by forced entry at 1311 Crest
Drive in the Tara Plantation. Officer Jerrod
Shirley was advised by Norman Lee Foreman,
60, that his unlocked 1996 gold Acura TL had
been entered sometime between 10:30 PM and
8:05 AM. Stolen from the vehicle was a brown
wallet ($20) containing a Texas Drivers
License, 1 credit card, and $220 in mixed
currency. Detective Kevin Walling is
following up the burglary.
4/19/12 - 4/20/12 Burglary of a Motor
Vehicle not by forced entry at 4106 Crest
Court in the Tara Plantation. Officer Jerrod
Shirley was advised by Patricia H. Dewitt,
57, that her unlocked 1999 gold Lincoln
Navigator had been entered sometime between
8:00 PM and 9:15 AM by unknown suspect(s).
Stolen from the vehicle was a radar detector
($100) and a black make-up bag containing
approximately $1,000 in cosmetics. Detective
Kevin Walling is following up.
4/12/12 - 4/14/12 Criminal Mischief at 1207
Crest Drive in the Tara Plantation. Sgt.
Gregory Prewitt's report stated a bedroom
window ($45) had been damaged by unknown
offender(s).
4/20/12 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle by
forced entry at 5645 Colleyville Boulevard.
Officer Tanner Mahan was advised by Jack
Chandler at 7:01 PM that his 2008 maroon
Chevrolet Avalanche had been broken into by
unknown suspect(s). Stolen from the truck
was a black briefcase ($200) containing USD
($500) and his checkbook (n/a). Detective
David Martz is following up the incident.
4/20/12 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle by
forced entry at 5645 Colleyville Boulevard.
Officer Tanner Mahan was advised by Sheri
Lynn Sutton of Keller that sometime between
6:00 PM and 10:50 PM, the front passenger
side window was smashed out on her 2007
white Ford Expedition (n/a). Stolen from the
SUV was 2 backpacks with 10 children's
library books (n/a), one teaching bag (n/a),
one grade book (n/a), a pair of Ray Ban
sunglasses ($200), 1 purse (n/a), and two
bracelets ($50). Detective David Martz is
following up the BMV.
4/20/12 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle by
forced entry at 5309 Colleyville Boulevard
at the Bellisimos restaurant. Officer Dustin
Eason was advised by the complainant, John
Simone of Lantana, Texas that sometime
between 6:30 PM and 7:50 PM, his 2007 black
Chevrolet Avalanche had been broken into by
unknown suspect(s). The back passenger
window had been smashed ($200). Once entry
had been gained, the burglar stole two
duffel bags containing clothing (n/a), Dell
laptop ($400), Apple iPad2 tablet ($400),
Garmin GPS device ($200) and a mens Oris
wristwatch ($899.99). Detective David Martz
is investigating the BMV.
4/14/12 Burglary of a Motor Vehicle by
forced entry at 5609 Colleyville Boulevard
at the McDonalds restaurant. Officer Dustin
Eason was advised by Patricial Marting, 69,
of Fort Worth that the front passenger
window on her 2008 maroon Hyundai had been
smashed out ($300) sometime between 9:15 PM
and 9:25 PM. Once entry had been gained, the
unknown suspect(s) stole a brown leather
satchel ($50) containing assorted jewelry
($1,000), a floral cosmetic bag ($25) and a
dark blue suitcase ($50). Detective David
Martz is following up the BMV.
4/16/12 - 4/17/12 Burglary of a Motor
Vehicle not by forced entry at 30 Piazza
Lane in the Villages At Colleyville
condominiums. Officer Jerrod Shirley was
advised by Gayle M. Jasinski of Hurst that
sometime between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM, her
unlocked 2008 white Lexus RX350 had been
entered by unknown suspect(s). Stolen from
the vehicle was a black Louis Vuitton purse
($1,100), Kikon D7000 camera ($1,200), an
older Kindle with a black/white screen ($80)
and 14 pieces of miscellaneous clothing
($500). Detective David Martz is following
up.
4/12/12 Criminal Mischief at 1221 Church
Street in the Lifetime Fitness Center lot.
Officer Derrick Castleberry took the report
that a 2012 white Nissan Altima had
sustained damage to the front bumper
($730.44). Detective Cheryl Womack is
following up the incident.
