Thank you for your interest in being a neighborhood Sponsor.  This format is similar to the broadcast emails to neighborhood registrants.  Full city sponsor's and individual site sponsors banner ads are rotated to the homeowners as neighborhood broadcasts are sent.  Your  message can be viewed more than 80,000 times per month through this program.

OPTION ONE - Annual Listing

Listing in our Neighborhood Preferred Vendors for one full year.  Includes line listing and neighbors can find by going to the sponsor page and by using keyword search.  You get up to three category listings and five keywords.  All neighborhood front pages are linked to the Sponsor section.

You can add a banner ad and a brochure page for an additional fee.  This additional gives you a more robust keyword search and presence. As an example, the following link will take you direct to a listing page.  Click on the banner H-Bank ad to see a brochure page.

OPTION Two - Primary Neighborhood Sponsor

As a primary neighborhood site sponsor, your banner ad gets premium position on the top header.  In addition, every neighborhood email has your banner and link (note banners to the left on this email).This does require a one time set up fee for your banner and a brochure page.   To see a Primary Sponsor position (note top left)

OPTION Three - Full City Neighborhood Sponsor

You may elect to be a sponsor listed on every neighborhood front page for the city.  The fee is  per neighborhood per month, (minimum 10, if less than 10 the city must be added to another city and maximum charge is for 50 neighborhoods).  Some neighborhoods will be more active than others.   Minimum 3 months. The banner is linked to a brochure page, that has a one time charge as noted above.  Your banner also is rotated in mailings via the broadcast email.

Thank you for your interest in being an advertiser on Local News Only.com  This format is similar to the broadcast emails to LNO registrants that are broadcast on average 2 to 3 times weekly.  Advertisers are rotated on these emails sent out averaging 6,000 per week at no additional charge.  The LNO site is now in its second year and receives an average of 60,000 visits per month and the number is projected at over 100,000 visits by January 2003.  In addition the site is hyper-linked from AboutMyHOA.com, the Free neighborhood site with more than 200 area neighborhoods.  Neighbors visit this site on average more than 1,000 times daily.  Additional promotion on the site includes a minimum 20,000 direct mail to local readers after the beginning of this school year.

All Advertisers Require A One-Time Set-up fee for Banner ad preparation and Brochure Page.  If client has their own web site, LNO will link to their site ONLY from the Brochure Page.

OPTION ONE - Entry Main Front Page
All advertising is on a monthly basis.  Your banner ad on the Front page linked to your brochure page.

OPTION Two - Your Banner Ad on The Front Page of the City - Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller or Southlake

Your banner ad on the City's Front page.
 month minimum 3 months 

Option Three - Your Banner Ad on the Main Front Page and All City Front Pages.  Your Banner Ad rotated on a minimum 10 feature stories monthly.

Your maximum coverage option to be included on all primary Front Page, rotated on broadcast emails and featured stories.

If Option Three is ordered by September 1, 2002, you will also receive a banner listing on the preferred vendor page in the neighborhood site, banner ad and link to the brochure page.  This increases monthly average visits to pages with your banner ad available by link and key word search to more than 90,000 visits monthly!

50% of fees are due in advance if balance is put on Mastercard or Visa for monthly billing of balance beginning month two.  Otherwise fees are due in advance.
