3.  READING AND PUBLIC HEARING – Resolution R-01-1858 Consent Items: 

a.       Approval of minutes of the regular City Council meeting of October 16, 2001

 b.     Approval of a bid award for Health and Dental Insurance to Blue Cross Blue Shield, Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance to Metropolitan Life, and Long Term Disability Insurance to Jefferson Pilot

 c.      Approval of a Preliminary Plat of Emily’s Place Addition requested by JDJR Engineers & Consultants, Inc., 5.7509 acres located on the north side of Glade Road at 2716 and 2800 Glade Road, Case P-01-032

 d.     Approval of renewal of lease agreements with Mobile Modular Management Corporation, in the amount of $19,935, and GE Capital Modular Space, in the amounts of $18,240 and $24,138, for modular buildings 

e.   Approval of FY 2002 Agency Agreements including Tarrant County Challenge, Inc., Colleyville Heritage High School (CHHS) Project Graduation, Grapevine High School (GHS) Project Graduation, Keller High School (KHS) Project Graduation, Alliance for Children, Colleyville Area Chamber of Commerce, Metroport Meals on Wheels (MMOW), Arts Council of Northeast Tarrant County, Women’s Haven, Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange (GRACE), Women’s Shelter, Transportation Excellence for the 21st Century (TEX-21) and Colleyville Proud          

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

4.         SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance O-01-1310 – Approval of an amendment to Chapter 18 of the Colleyville Code of Ordinances regarding the adoption of the 2000 Edition of the International Plumbing Code and the 2000 Edition of the International Fuel Gas Code with the local amendments recommended by the Regional Codes Committee of the North Central Texas Council of Governments, Case G-01-017 

5.         SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance O-01-1311 – Approval to amend the 1991 Uniform Building Code by limiting the type of roof materials to be used on new residential and commercial construction to a Class “C” rated roofing material, or better, excluding any type of wood shingle roofing material 

6.         FIRST READING AND PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance O-01-1312– Removal of the Special Use Permit, authorized by O-01-1276, for a laundry/dry cleaning plant on Lot 2, Block 1. C-D Subdivision, located at 6516 Colleyville Boulevard, requested by the City of Colleyville, Case Z-01-025

 

7.         FIRST READING AND PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance O-01-1313 – Amending Ordinance O-92-880 Setting Fees and Charges for City services and facilities 

           

8.        READING AND PUBLIC HEARING – Resolution R-01-1859-

 Approval of engineering design services with Dannenbaum Engineering              Corporation, for the 2002 Water System Master Plan Update, in the                amount of $88,000

   

9.       READING AND PUBLIC HEARING – Resolution R-01-1860-               Consideration of appointment to the Metroport Teen Court Advisory Board
