Fast Pitch State Championship Held in Colleyville

Garland Southern Magic Wins Girls 14 and Under State Championship with 3-0 Victory

COLLEYVILLE CITY PARK HOST STATE CHAMPION FAST PITCH SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT

Garland Southern Magic wins State Championship. 

The Garland Southern Magic took an early 2 run lead over the Austin Heart of Texas team and held on to become the State Champions with a final victory 3-0.  In heat that pushed the thermometer to 100 degrees on the field, the teams played an almost flawless defensive game.

Twenty seven teams from around the state entered the double elimination tournament.  The Championship game started a 1:30 PM at City Park in Colleyville.
