Position: Start up or early career position for individual seeking to excel in marketing, sales and customer relations. Marketing specialist will primarily make telemarketing contact with apartments, management companies and businesses.  Upon successful contact, the specialist will provide potential clients with quotes and offer our services.  The marketing specialist will also contact existing clients to ensure ongoing quality control and networking opportunities.  Position is primarily inside, however specialist will visit clients at their site, typically in the immediate area, from time to time.  Must have reliable transportation. Must have basic sales skills, industry training will be provided.

Income: The position will offer a minimal salary ($8/hour) with long term residual income opportunity.  Successful candidate will receive compensation on all new accounts based on monthly billing. The position is expected to earn between $30,000 to $50,000 annually depending on volume. This is a small company.  Due to rising costs, at this time health insurance is not part of this package.

Verification Specialist

Position: Customer relations type of position with management potential. The verification specialists primarily is responsible to verify information necessary to determine criminal, credit, employer and rental background. Candidate should have future managerial capabilities.  This is a full time position and candidate must have reliable transportation to Colleyville office.

Income: The position will offer a salary $7.50 to $11.00 per hour depending on experience. The office is located in Colleyville.  Due to rising costs, at this time health insurance is not part of this package.

Outside Advertising Sales

Company: Holding company started in 1999.  Currently publishes monthly newspaper and operates multiple Internet sites. Multiple media products provide our representatives with the ability to custom marketing solutions for clients.

Position: Outside sales position with managerial potential.  You will be calling onf businesses primarily in the Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller and Southlake areas.

Income: The position will offers a $1,500 month draw to qualified candidates with attractive commission package.  Previous sales results indicate successful candidate should earn $35,000 to $50,000 plus per year.  Sales positions are independent contractors.  Sales management position is based on successful sales efforts.

Public Relations

Company: Unique auction/close out site available to local businesses.  Consumers bid or buy the items and pick up at the business location.  Examples would be: discount coupons, close outs, or services. Any business, regardless of product or service will be interested in trying out this unique promotion.  NO UPFRONT CHARGE to business.  The clients pay only when the item is sold on the site.  The company handles all the financial transactions with consumers and the consumer picks up their item or enjoys their discount directly with the client.
Clients are only charged a percentage of the total transaction amount.

Position: Outside contract position.  You will be assigned a city in the immediate area to contact businesses about a unique promotional program without competition and never before offered.  In lieu of expensive mail out campaigns or advertising with coupons, businesses will be invited to use a dynamic web site auction/close out site.  The site is only available to local businesses and is promoted by to local consumers via direct mail, newspaper and Internet advertising. NO SELLING INVOLVED, simply explain the program and invite the business to participate.  Candidate must have ability to sustain themselves for several weeks until they build up a ongoing residual income.
