BRADLEY'S STEAK AND SEAFOOD NEIGHBORHOOD RESTAURANT OPENS IN TARA VILLAGE CENTER IN COLLEYVILLE March 21, 2003 Click on Photos to Enlarge
Bradleys Steak and Seafood has opened at 1101 Cheek Sparger in Colleyville on February 28th. The neighborhood market is really a family affair. Bradley is joined in his restaurant by his mom Sharon and brothers Curtis 25, Dustin 21 and Eric 18. Bradley was most recently with the Stonecreek Grill in Flower Mound. He has gained experience in the restaurant business since he was a teenager and worked at a number of well known locations.
Dick and Eydie Randolph were found enjoying the variety beverages and food at Bradley's with Dennis Johnson in the background.	Jamie Thibodeaux is joined by Liz Salih. Friends of Ibraham and Liz Salih selected Bradleys for a going away party for Liz. Liz is moving to Washington D.C. to assume an Executive position with Siemens.

Eric Allen is seen in the sparkling kitchen of Bradleys. The entire kitchen has been refurbished in the new restaurant.

Bradleys offers a Sunday Brunch Buffet from 10 am until 2 pm. There are 12 dishes to select from including omelets, muffins and fresh waffles.

In discussions with Brad Allen he emphasized that he wants the local area to think of Bradleys as a neighborhood restaurant. The facility also has a private meeting room available.
