d. Approval of a construction services contract with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., for the Colleyville 2000 Water Line Improvements in the amount of $25,000
e. Approval of a testing services contract with Trinity Engineering/Kleinfelder, Inc., for the Colleyville 2000 Water Line Improvements in the amount of $22,200
