EVENT SPONSOR CONTRACT
[FrontPage Save Results Component]This agreement is between         hereinafter called "Sponsor" and the COLLEYVILLE LIONS CLUB, of Colleyville, Texas.  The Sponsor's name above will be the name placed on the sponsor's event signage.

The Sponsor agrees to pay the fee associated with the selected sponsorship level to the COLLEYVILLE LIONS CLUB.  The event will start and finish at the Colleyville Heritage High School, Colleyville, Texas.  The run will be held on the above date.  Please check your sponsorship choice below:
