Julie
Clegg Lancaster, certified public accountant of Grapevine, was
recently appointed to the board of trustees at Baylor Medical
Center at Grapevine.
"Having Julie
on the board at Baylor Grapevine is a great addition. I know
that with her dedication and commitment to Baylor Grapevine she
will be instrumental in the growth of our medical center,"
says, Mark Hood, president at Baylor Grapevine.
Julie will serve a
three-year term as a member of the 11-member board. The
Baylor Grapevine board members serve as community liaisons,
providing counsel and a community voice on patient services and
quality issues.
Julie Lancaster
received her undergraduate from Louisiana State University in
Baton Rouge. In 1984, she was licensed as a certified public
accountant in Louisiana. She began her career in New Orleans
before moving to Dallas in 1987 serving as tax manager at Carter,
Mannix & Breedlove Company then as commercial tax manager for
Trammel Crow Company. She has been in private practice since 1993
in Grapevine.
Julie is active in
the community and has been involved in several activities and
organizations in the area including serving on the Women's
Advisory Board at Baylor Grapevine; steering committee for
Grapefest; development boards for Grapevine Heritage Foundation
and Baylor Grapevine; American Heart Association Gala Committee
chair; President for the Clariden School Parent Association; and
the capital campaign for Good Shepherd Catholic Community. |
