Dateline June 21, 2001 Scholarship offer to High School Journalism Students Local News Only.com announced that it will offer a $1,000 collegiate scholarship to a selected high school journalism student for the coming school year. Local News Only.com is seeking high school students to act as on-site reporters covering sports and other events. The students will submit articles and digital photos for posting in the School News section of the Internet News Agency site. A staff panel will determine the top contributing student to receive the scholarship. The opportunity is open to students of journalism in all grades.
