Colleyville Lions Club breaks 125 members, welcomes newest Lion

(l to r) Lion President Tom Westerman, Secretary Dave Perella, Lion Membership Chair Smokey Vanover and newest member, Judge James Ames.		 The Colleyville Lions Club broke the 125 member mark recently.  On Friday, July 29, 2005 the club welcomed its newest member, Municipal Judge James Ames.

Judge Ames is expected to be a candidate for Judge Sandy Prindle's position when Judge Prindle does not seek re-election during the coming primary season. 

The club's next function is the famous Hole in One event at Bob Moore's driving range in Colleyville.  This year will feature $175,000 potential to a lucky winner.

 

The Colleyville Lions Club meets every Friday morning at 6.45 am in the Colleyville Center at 5301 Riverwalk in Colleyville.
