Arresting a homeless person because they are walking on the street and not the sidewalk, makes no sense to me.

Great job Grapevine PD.. that homeless man was really breaking the law by walking in the street.. wonderful to see our hard earned tax money at work!

LNO has no other details, but often there are extenuating circumstances. The men and women in blue have a tough job for sure.
